Is Reiki safe for everyone?
Yes. Reiki is a gentle, loving, non-invasive healing practice that is safe for all—pregnant women, babies, elders, and everyone in between. It has no known side effects and can beautifully support other therapeutic or medical treatments. While powerful, it is not a replacement for medical care.

How does Reiki work?
Reiki practitioners channel universal life-force energy through their hands to support the recipient’s healing. This energy helps restore balance and harmony throughout the body, heart, mind, and spirit.

What can I expect during an In-person Reiki session?
You’ll lie fully clothed on a treatment table as I place my hands lightly on or just above your body. Many people feel warmth, tingling, waves of peace, or a sense of being held. Others drift into a meditative state.
Your experience will be uniquely yours.

What can I expect from a Remote Reiki Session?
Remote Reiki (Distance Reiki) works with the understanding that energy is not bound by time or space. You’ll rest in a comfortable, quiet space as I send the energy to you.
The quality and depth of healing are the same as in an in-person session.

How long is a Reiki session / How many sessions will I need?
Sessions are typically 60 or 90 minutes. Many people feel benefits after just one session, while others find that regular treatments support deeper healing and ongoing balance. The number of sessions varies based on your individual needs and goals, and can be discussed together.

What can I expect after the treatment?
You may feel deeply relaxed, re-energized, lighter, or more clear. Some people experience mild detoxification as the body adjusts to the energy shift. It’s common to feel the need for extra rest — always listen to your body.
I recommend drinking extra water or herbal tea to support your body in releasing and integrating the healing.
