My name is Aubrey, and my work is rooted in living and creating from the heart.

My path into the healing arts grew from my own desire to understand myself more deeply and live in greater connection with my inner world. Through that journey, I came to recognize how profoundly our emotional experiences, nervous system, beliefs, and relationship with ourselves can shape the way we move through life.

Music and the voice have always been an integral part of who I am, and over time, my creative and healing paths naturally began to meet. What started as my own exploration became a way of supporting others through energy, sound, presence, and compassionate guidance.

I am here to support you in reconnecting with your inner compass, with compassion, presence, and care.

My work weaves together Reiki, sound, voice, and energy to create a safe and supportive space for you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and allow your own healing process to unfold.

I am a certified Usui/Holy Fire® III World Peace Reiki Master.
